Start nach Installation scheitert

Hallo Alexander,
ich habe leider, nur auf einem meiner Rechner im eigenen LAN, ein sehr seltsames Problem:
Nach Durchlauf der Installationsroutine lässt sich der BSH nicht starten, mit folgender Meldung in der Ereignisanzeige sowie in einem Popup-Fenster:

Ich habe schon mehrfach neu installiert, ohne Erfolg. Das Einzige was ich aus dem Fehlertext entnehmen kann ist dass wohl schon der Aufruf des Konfigurationsmenüs scheitert.
Ich habe das tolle Programm auf einigen anderen Rechnern erolgreich im Einsatz, ich finde keinen Ansatz wo ich hier suchen soll.
Irgendeine Idee ?

ich habe gerade bemerkt dass es dazu bereits einen Foreneintrag gibt, das werde ich zunächst verarbeiten, und falls es nicht hilft melde ich mich wieder.
