BSH startet nicht.

Seit ein paar Tagen (leider weiß ich nicht mehr genau, seit wann), startet BSH mit folgender Fehlermeldung nicht mehr:

Das Konfigurationssystem konnte nicht initialisiert werden.

Ich habe versucht, BSH über die Sysemsteuerung zu deinstallieren, aber auch das funktioniert nicht mehr. Der Forschrittsbalken bleibt gleich am Anfang einfach stehen. Eine "Drüberinstallation" hat das Verhelten auch nicht geändert. Könnte es an einem kürzlich eingespielten Windows-Update liegen (Windows 7 64 Bit)?
