BSH stürzt ab beim Versuch eines Restore

Ich benutze BSH seit neun Jahren und war immer zufrieden, habe auch schon erfolgreich Restores gemacht.
Jetzt geht es nicht mehr, BSH stürzt ab beim Versuch eines Restore.
Ich benutze Version 3.9.4 unter Windows 10.

Was kann ich tun?

Hallo flavius,

Hast du schon einen Neustart des PCs versucht? Die Fehlermeldung behauptet, dass nicht genügend Arbeitsspeicher zur Verfügung stehe.
Vielleicht hilft auch ein Blick in den Task Manager um zu verifizieren, ob das tatsächlich stimmt.

Auch nach PC-Neustart tritt der Fehler weiterhin auf. Der Task-Manager zeigt mehr als 8 GB freien Speicher. Im Logfile steht zwar immer noch "out of memory", aber vorher "An unexpected error occurred Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'dc')".
Eine Idee, was das sein könnte?

Entschuldige die späte Antwort.

Ich habe mich versucht schlau zu machen und es sieht wohl so aus als gibt es einen Fehler in einer internen Windowsbibliothek, die alle Fehler als "Memory" Fehler zurückgibt. Deshalb war die erste Spur natürlich nicht die richtige.

Leider konnte ich das Problem bei mir nicht nachstellen, sodass ich von irgendeiner speziellen Konstellation ausgehe, die nicht funktioniert. Es gibt bereits eine neuere Betaversion 3.9.5-beta2 die diverse Änderungen an der Orchestrierung von Sicherungen / Wiederherstellungen schraubt. Auch aktualisiert diese Version diverse verwendete Bibliotheken. Bitte mal diese Version testen und sehen, ob die Wiederherstellung damit klappt.

Du findest die Version im Betaforum: 3.9.5-beta2 (von heute).

Das sieht für mich leider wie der gleiche Fehler aus erster Beitrag aus. Ich kann mir leider aktuell keinen Reim drauf bilden warum du diese Meldung bekommst.

Aktuell kann ich dir nur den Rat geben die Dateien direkt vom Sicherungsmedium zu kopieren und nicht mittels der Software.

Ich bin parallel weiter dran, kann aber keine Aussage zur Lösung des Fehlers sagen, da ich ihn nicht reproduzieren kann.
